As seen at Evil Avatar, Gizmondo has the leaked US pricing details for the upcoming (?) release of Windows Vista. This one isn’t going to be cheap if you want full functionality:

•Vista Home Basic $233

Upgrade Version
•Vista Ultimate Upgrade $269
•Vista Business Upgrade $224
•Vista Home Premium Upgrade $179
•Vista Home Basic Upgrade $116

  1. That pricing is actually quite a bit above what the insiders at Microsoft have been saying. Also, check Amazon’s pricing. The pricing levels for full version should really be:

    Ultimate $399
    Business $299
    Premium $239
    Basic $199

    The upgrade costs for Home Basic and Business should also match the current XP upgrade pricing of $99 and $199, with the intermediate versions somewhere inbetween.
